Back in June of this year, 2026, SCOTUS released its ruling on Trans women in sports.

They decided that the inclusion of trans women in school sports is a state decision.

This court case stemmed from B.P.J, a Trans girl and Track & Field athlete in West Virginia.

​

Some of the information that was presented by the Supreme Court was a poor representation of the facts.

​

For example, they expressed that the effects of puberty blockers and Estradiol on athletic performance and ability were still "under debate". 

​

While people are of course debating it, scientists and the medical field have already proven that Transgender women who have undergone a certain level of hormone replacement, are either at or below the physical expectations of cisgender women.
